Payment for car rental must be made by VISA or Master Card or Cash. Other forms of payment are not accepted. Payment by credit card will attract an extra bank commission charge of 5%.
The balance payable on pickup is paid directly to the car rental company upon pick-up in compliance with the provisions set forth in the documentation delivered to the customer. Payment must be made with a valid credit card or cash.
On delivery of the vehicle you will sign a hire agreement/contract between yourself and Rent A Car Dalaman Airport dalaman.
Important Note : Charges made to credit cards in Turkish Lira from the exchange currency selling rate . Your bank may use the buying exchange rate to reconvert it in to your own currency in your credit card statement. This will show % 5 difference in your credit card statement. Your bank may charge a small fee for international transactions. For clients who want to avoid currency exchange rate differences, we suggest to pay cash.
It is compulsory to hold and be able to produce a valid British or International Driving Licence.
Drivers must be a minimum of 21 years of age for cars and 25 for jeeps and minibuses.Driver must have held a valid driver's licence for at least 2 years.
Child seats can be provided on request, but must be ordered at time of booking. Please note that these seats are of a standard ‘one size fits all’ design, suitable for a child weighing up to 16 kg. Rent A Car Dalaman Airport are not responsible for the fitting of car seats and car seats must be returned in the same condition.
Unlike many other companies, unlimited mileage is included in our rates.

Rent A Car Dalaman Airport will deliver to the customer an e-copy of all car rental reservation documents and Rental Voıucher after the completion of the on-line reservation. The customer must keep a copy of the documentation and present it to the Rent A Car Dalaman Airport.com represantative upon pick-up Rent A Car Dalaman Airport.com cannot be held accountable for failure to rent or pick-up the vehicle if a copy of the Rental Voucher is not presented at the pick-up time. A copy of the Rental Voucher is stored in our archives and may be accessed by the customer at any time by means of a contact form if the customer provides the reservation number. The customer receives the reservation number on the Rental Voucher by e-mail after booking.
Zero Risk Option
Rent A Car Dalaman Airport do NOT take credit card details to cover any accident damage. For just £2 per a day we will cover all costs related to damages, you will not be charged any extras or excesses following an accident.
